Cancellation Policy

Eight Point Solutions LLC Booking Policies Advance Notice: Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled course date, subject to availability. Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot in the course. Confirmation: Bookings will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Eight Point Solutions LLC Cancellation Policies Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are not provided for cancellations. However, participants may transfer their registration to another date or individual with prior approval. Eight Point Solutions LLC-Initiated Cancellations: If EPS cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather), clients will receive the option to: Reschedule to a new date, Receive a full refund. Eight Point Solutions LLC Waitlist Policies Joining the Waitlist: If a course is fully booked, interested participants can join the waitlist at no cost. Notification: Participants on the waitlist will be notified of available spots on a first-come, first-served basis. Notifications will be sent via email or phone, and participants must confirm their enrollment within 24 hours of notification. Priority: Priority will be given to waitlisted participants for any additional sessions or cancellations. No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit the full course fee.
